Having friends in higher places, or knowing skillful and knowledgeable people drives someone to be inspired and motivated. These people use these social factors such as belonging to an exclusive group. Or, being a member of a team to propel them forward. Thus, pushes them to their desired goal. Sometimes, joining a specific group and to socialize to others is their main goal and motivation after all.
Motivation Due To Fear
This motivation type is not really negative in its essence. Most people with this kind of motivation tends to be more careful about doing things. And also are driven by the fact that if they can’t achieve it, consequences may occur. They have this fear of failure that helps them to see and assess possible outcomes of their actions when reaching their goals. This motivation can be very effective as long as it keeps one from quitting off.
The Motivation Which Leads To Achievement
Climbing the corporate ladder, such as job promotion, and other aspects of our lives are just a few of the things that we can achieve if we have this motivation. We are not just reaching the top because of a reward, but just simply of the sake of achieving it.
