It’s still 7:00 in the morning right? Why don’t you start off your day by warming up your body by doing a couple of pushups or sit-ups? Go out and jog around, maybe a few laps in the local park will wake you up. Walk your dog to the nearest dog park for a great bonding moment. Exercise does not just make your body active and away from diseases, but also keeps your brain running.

If breakfast is not served yet, you can go out in the kitchen and do a little experiment. Cook something special for yourself or bake something that you crave for.
